Proposal Submission

Overview of Proposal Submission Paths at VCU:
Proposals may be submitted by one of three means: (1) hardcopy; (2) VCUeRA electronic proposal submission; or (3) non-VCUeRA electronic proposal submission. This web-page explains the possible paths.

Electronic Submissions:
Most federal agencies and several non-profit foundations now require that proposals be submitted electronically. This page provides further information on electronic submission.

Understanding InfoEd:
The InfoEd Suite of products offers comprehensive electronic research administration modules for finding, proposing, tracking, and managing research projects.

Office of Sponsored Programs:
The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is Virginia Commonwealth University's office authorized to submit research proposals and receive awards from all sources on behalf of the University.
