Proposal and Award Management
The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is Virginia Commonwealth University’s office authorized to submit research proposals and receive awards from Federal, State, and Non-Profit sources on behalf of the University. OSP is also the official contact for the University on administrative award-related matters. The Office of Industry Partnership reviews, negotiates and approves all industry research contracts and grants between VCU researchers and for-profit companies, including, but not limited to, clinical trial agreements, other sponsored research agreements, and research services agreements.
