Grants.gov Information
VCU is registered in Grants.gov as Virginia Commonwealth University. Individual PIs and other users do not need to register.
Grants.gov requires use of the PureEdge Viewer which must be downloaded to each individual’s computer. Download and installation information is available from the Grants.gov website:

VCUeRA
VCU is now utilizing the VCUeRA system to submit proposals to NIH through Grants.gov. The following NIH mechanisms are supported in this system:
D Mechanisms: DP1, DP2
R Mechanisms: R01, R03, R13, R15, R18, R21, R25, R33, R34, R36
S Mechanisms: S10
U Mechanisms: U13, U18
X Mechamisms: X01, X02
Proposals to NIH for the above mechanisms must be submitted via VCUeRA. Complete information and documentation on the system is available at: https://www.vcu.edu/vcuera/proposals.htm
